Saw a reposted video from CEO and Real Estate Tycoon Tim Gurner on the need for higher unemployment to shift power back to employers. While it’s an older quote, it still tweaks me. "We need to see pain in the economy. We need to remind people that they work for the employer, not the other way around." Fear-based management might reduce costs in the short run but overlooks the benefits of a supportive and positive work environment, leading to miserable employees seeking greener pastures. #WorkplaceDynamics #Leadership
