It is A place where work happens, and there are other places too... home and a whole array of fabulous 'third spaces'. ✅ Let's transcend the notion of 'hybrid working' and focus on the 'how' of flexible and distributed work. ✅ Let’s focus on the things that increase engagement, retention of good people, and deliver performance. ✅ Let’s focus our time and energy on generating clear goals, autonomy to work in the location that best fits the work being done, and building trust in our teams. ✅ Let’s develop new skills and confidence in managers to lead in situations they’ve not faced before, with technology that enables teams to work from anywhere.
