🚀 Excited to share one of our recently supplied solution- Automatic Knob Torqueing! 🚀 🔧 In the world of automotive engineering, Knob Orientation in Gear Shift Lever Assembly plays an important role in defining Vehicle’s esthetics. To ensure the Knob orientation repeatability, we have developed this advanced solution- Automatic Knob Torqueing. It provides the precision that ensures, each Knob is torqued to exact specifications & control over the Knob orientation. 🌟 Case In Video : This Automatic Knob Torqueing machine is working for Vehicle’s Gear Shifter Lever Assembly in which : 💠Servo motor unit is used for rotation; 💠Servo driven linear actuator unit is used for up and down movement; 💠High end camera is used to check knob’s alignment with respect to the GSLA. 💠 During the process, high end vision camera checks knob’s alignment after completion of defined rotations. Whether alignment is correct or not, it gives feedback to servo motor in the form of angle. If alignment is not correct, then servo motor again rotates the Knob as per the camera feedback and camera again verifies it. This process continues till camera gets correct results. 💠During the Knob tightening, torque is measured & Torque vs RPM graph is plotted. 💠GSLA height is also measured after Knob assembly with GSLA. 💠If Knob alignment & Height of the assembly is OK, parts get unclamped.
