Check it out, the link is in the comments. Simply, choose a location, a flat type and you can see all of our available options with size, photos and description. (And you can also book them 😉 ) Now it’s easy to take the price, divide it by the square meters of the individual unit, and voila you have yourself a jaw-droppingly high price/ m2. But here’s the reality. In the world of Cospaces (Coliving, Coworking) this calculation simply doesn't work. Offering private space is just one part of the offer, and the size of it is usually not even the most important part.
