They: ➣ Lack emotional intelligence ➣ Struggle with complex issues ➣ Provide unethical and wrong information And more.. Furthermore, building customer trust and relationships is challenging with an AI interface. At the end of the day, the decision to integrate AI chatbots into customer service strategies depends on the business needs and customers' preferences.
