Our filling and counting machine is a convenient and fast solution for counting granular nutritional products and packaging them in pre-made bags. This automated system can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce manual errors. Here is a basic workflow to implement this process: 1. Feeding: Pelleted nutritional supplements are usually provided in bulk form, and you can use an automated feeding system to transport the pellets from the raw material container to the production line. 2. Counting: On the production line, the machine uses photoelectric sensors to detect the number of particles passing through. 3. Packaging: Once the particles are counted, they can be transferred to the premade bag packaging machine.
