'Can I trust it?'..... 'Most of the time'................. 'Goodbye' Only those with excellent lawyers and deep pockets should be pushing #llm based business #chatbots into production right now. The risks of a 'bad bot' (or a good bot having a bad day) are simply too 'sh!t the bed' scary for most to contemplate. Better to wait perhaps. But there are safe steps you can take. Start with tiny pilot projects, tread carefully and focus on the 'Can I trust it' problem. On that last point, one approach gaining increasing attention is using #knowledgegraphs (built from a business's unstructured data) to provide context for #languagemodels', well, language capabilities. There are lots of benefits in merging these technologies, not least the ability to evaluate output (the 'Can I trust it' problem). I created a bot that augments user input to make dealing with customer support easier. Repo is private and wip but here's a demo video. Came up with the idea reading "Why I Need My Own Chatbot to Deal With Customer-Service Chatbots" on The Wall Street Journal by Alexandra Samuel, Ph.D. It is a constant woe to me chatting with customer support bot that repeats the help center. Also would be great if anyone knows how to use Firebase authentication on Electron 30. Some were suggesting about setting "nativeWindowOpen: true" in Electron but it has been depreciated. #automation #electronjs #bot #ai
