So you know we're still seeing a little bit as jocks as the American movies of you know, we hit everything harder with a hammer. And I think sometimes that is yeah, you laugh, I'm sure you've heard everyone said, I've heard, I've heard most of them, most of the jokes. But I think we do provide a valuable service and actually our patient satisfaction is probably higher than most specialties because our patients are really delighted with our operation. We really make a difference to patients lives and that has an effect on already. Banged on about cardiac health, respirator, mental health, So we really do improve patients lives and I think you know some of the stereotypes from both inside and outside probably need a bit of working on. And I absolutely agree that those stereotypes exist because in my cohort, I think a lot of people still see TI know as a jocks job, a guy's job. You have to have big muscles to be able to do the job. How do you, how do we challenge those stereotypes? I think.
