The Cass Review was met with a flurry of misinformation from online activists and their followers, who sought to undermine its findings. More troubling, however are the respected, well-credentialed experts who have disseminated blatant misrepresentations about the Cass Review and its findings. The worst example of this was a white paper published by The Integrity Project, a Yale Law School organization. Part 1/2 of an in depth analysis of the white paper with its few legitimate criticisms and overwhelming measure of distortions and conflicts of interest. part 2 will analyze where it deviates from fundamental norms of evidence-based medicine.

There are a few phrases that give me as visceral a response as this one. “Just go after the low-hanging fruit” Am I the only one? Identifying low-hanging fruit is often easy.  Even solving the logic of the mathematical equations is easy.  The hard part, especially in OT, is getting to the data in a matter that is easy, secure, and approved by IT.  However, that last point is often overlooked.
