"Uh oh. Our new branding hasn't resonated with the market as we'd hoped. " Without knowing anything about you, I can tell you why this is a problem: • You've been inconsistent with the brand on multiple touchpoints. • You've made a big deal about the change on social but not internally • You've focused on pushing visuals rather than your message But here's the good news: These mistakes are easily fixed. Here's how: • Get the most used materials in line with the new brand; it's always surprising how many sales presentations have the old brand • Getting your team on board with the brand is more important than telling your customers. Most rebrands live or die with the sales team. • Your brand should help you with your point of view of your market. Make sure you're being clear, consistent and disciplined with that message. It'll make you stand out. It's not complicated, but it can be tricky. Let me know if you want to chat through.
