It wasn’t one of those long, end-of-year-update letters, but it got me thinking… 💡 What if we applied this concept to customer success? How much do your customers really know about what you’ve accomplished together this year? This is where the "New Year’s Letter for Customers" comes in—a strategy I’ve used in the past to strengthen relationships and remind customers of the value we’ve built together.
