SeaCAT sailing to the Land of the Rising Sun ☀️ Our colleagues at Subsea Tech signed a sales agreement with a major geotechnical company in Japan for the supply of a SeaCAT USV equipped with multibeam, side scan, and sub-bottom profiling sonars, among other sensors. 🔊🌊 This is the first significant commercial result generated by the SeaClear 1.0 & 2.0 Projects 🌐, with a vessel directly benefiting from several features developed during the projects, such as the ROV Launching and Recovery System , motorized instrument wells , and tilting A-frame and bow thrusters.
