One of the tools we use in our Core Training is continuums. Instead of seeing the world as binary, we encourage our participants to notice how polarities can actually be two ends of a spectrum. There can be a lot of play along that continuum: we actually have choice in how we show up in relationship and express our power. For example, we ask: when using your Personal Power to influence someone, do you usually persist or do you usually let go? While one could describe these terms as “opposites” we choose to say they are on a continuum that is accessible all the time. Depending on the circumstance, power differential, history, and many other factors, we can choose how to engage the relationship so that we are responding with care and consideration of what’s needed in the moment. I tend to persist, but if I imagine moving a bit more towards letting go, what does that do? How does that feel different? What sensations arise? The non-profit organisation Prototypci offers educational events, comprehensive programs and tools for the development of entrepreneurship, creativity and digital competence for children, teachers and parents. 💡 They develop design thinking, creativity, activity, creative digital competences in children either directly or indirectly through schools, strengthen their entrepreneurial competences and motivate them to enter creative professions. They mainly focus on children at younger school age (6-11 years old), for whom we prepare school programs and leisure workshops.
