🚀 Exciting Milestone Achieved! 🚀 I'm thrilled to share that I've just completed my first project on Fiverr for an esteemed e-commerce electronics store! 🎉 In this project, I successfully integrated Google Maps API into their contact form, making it easier for customers to find their physical location and get in touch. 🗺️📍 Additionally, I added a dynamic chatbot to the "Chat with Seller" section, enhancing customer engagement and providing instant support. 🤖💬 This project was a fantastic opportunity to apply my skills in API integration and chatbot implementation, and I'm proud of the results. I WAS SHOCKED when she said: "We’re NOT doing any A/B testing." This came from someone working at one of the largest eCommerce businesses in the region who had just spent nearly $1 million revamping their website and mobile apps. They invest hundreds of thousands annually in marketing and have a tech team dedicated to keeping everything optimized. And yet... no A/B testing on their website pages. I couldn’t help but think: How is that possible? The truth is, many marketers and tech teams either don't prioritize continuous growth, don’t care enough about the companies they work for (and maybe those companies deserve it), or simply don’t see the value of A/B testing. But here’s why they’re missing out: Let me show you how valuable A/B testing could be for a business like this: Annual purchases: 450,000 Average basket size: $90 Current conversion rate: 4% Now, imagine A/B testing improves that conversion rate to 5% (you might think that it’s impossible but trust me it is possible because I’ve dugged deep into their UI and UX journeys, looked at their analytics, page speed performance and checkout process!!). Their purchases would jump to 562,500. That’s an extra $10 million per year, and that’s just the short-term gain, without even factoring in LTV (Lifetime Value).
