This is indeed a tough one. It happened to me a couple times and it took me a long time to overcome the feeling that it was because of me. There were many factors that were brewing before I even joined that led to the team leaving. It's important to keep that in mind.
Aaron, thank you for sharing these experiences. It's not often you see content like this on LinkedIn describing challenge, especially at the leadership level. I appreciate your focus on the human side of the equation and how that often is the trickiest part to manage as a technical leader.
