Welcome to the end of February! Each month I will be recapping the month and providing insights into how the housing market is impacted by the various financial factors we are experiencing – inflation, rate changes, inventory shortages, etc. – as well as how this may impact you. Despite higher borrowing costs hindering a new sales record, a resilient economy and population growth kept housing demand strong. 📊💪 The market is buzzing with renewed activity, and with the Bank of Canada's rate hikes potentially done, consumers are eyeing possible rate cuts.
