What’s your leverage? It’s amazing how even the smallest contributions can create significant impacts. The “small” person may hold the key! People first? Yes, but which people? Everyone is talking about client-centric marketing, or they should be. It's a powerful way to drive growth, and should be at the center of your product marketing strategy. Sustainable organizational growth, however, starts at home. Your employees are the driving force behind your success and the core of your culture. Investing in your people motivates them to invest in your clients, which creates a positive feedback loop that feeds organizational growth. If you're ready to harness the power of your people by leveraging support, training, kindness, and humanity to drive your business growth, here's where to start: 1. Empower your team: This can't just be lip service. Give your team the time and support they need to learn and grow, and make sure everyone at every level knows their voices will be heard. Empowered employees feel more connected to the brand and its mission. 2. Foster a positive culture: Great cultures aren't made from pizza parties, fancy office spaces, or trophies. Great cultures are built on transparency, open communication, and trust. Build your culture with respect and care, and that culture will attract top talent and great clients. 3. Live your values: Hopefully, you put a lot of effort into building out your core values as a part of your brand identity. (Haven't done it yet? Let's talk.) Now you'll need to make sure those values are baked into everything you do. When employees see these values being truly modeled by leadership, they become true brand ambassadors. Put your people first, and they will ensure your brand thrives! #BrandStrategy #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership #OrganizationalGrowth #DuskMarketing

I’ve been on a personal research mission for years to understand showing up and seeing people as they are. Do people around you say the buzz phrases: - We’ve always done it this way - I’ll do it for you / can you just do it for me? - We are ok for now / I don’t think we need anything / we’re fine - Why would we listen to them? If this is giving you recall right now, we know your organisation isn’t able to prioritise, isn’t really thinking about culture principles authentically and isn’t maximising its brand externally through its People. Professionals in these working environments looking to innovate find it hard to challenge & change practices. Don’t feel defeated! At least, not all the time. I can see it happens everywhere. Individuals are showing up with the values of DEIB which means the world around us is evolving. Changing collective mindset is the battle of stewarding change in the workplace, and ultimately making an actual difference. In my job, I go searching for struggling communities in my book of business working with Third Sector organisations and ask permission to help. I ask if I can assist them in setting up for success. I can receive the buzz phrases above. I find human behaviour fascinating. Some experiences of people I come across don’t associate their undelying stated principles of inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging with how they actually show up. Third sector, Private & Public Business talk about not having enough staff. Yet when people say ‘I’m available to collaborate’ - buzz phrases across brand representatives. I’m often chatting about thinking differently on how to connect using people’s data & connecting with cause. Brands actively state desire to connect with groups of people to make a difference to communities, to be an all inclusive culture where as many people are involved in the vision as possible - yet fascinating - buzz phrases from brand representatives to outside of the organisation. People often are stating values, and not looking at how we show up in the world and how we identify ourselves. I’m someone who can be a type of part-time employee for many brands with a certain set of skills and experience not being utilise. I really do find this subject fascinating of how we state our values and suggest others to show up and connect, yet in practice as individuals connecting one-to-one we can’t always represent those brand values in the real world practice with everyone. I don’t know if it is our individual leadership that is missing or leadership from other sources… something I can keep learning on. Do you show up in real life with an open mindset towards others and their different ways of thinking, approach & ideas that could be useful to you, your colleagues and your Cause? My most effective campaign yielded over $3,500,000. (A flashback from my journey of digital branding and marketing) Here are 9 lessons from my journey in digital branding and marketing: → No one else will tell your story. Craft it yourself. → Conversations with customers are the lifeblood of growth. → Scale what works tenfold before launching something new. → The market doesn’t care about your emotions; it demands results. Adapt and improve relentlessly. → Consistency trumps bursts of effort. Show up every day. → Building a great team takes time; keeping the wrong people can cost you dearly. → Focus on fewer initiatives but execute them flawlessly. → Embrace your ideal audience and serve them better. → Profit comes from delivering exceptional value, not just scaling operations. Keep pushing forward!

Imagine a world where digital transformation is not just about technology. Imagine a world where it is also about embracing authenticity and authentic human connection. I recently had a powerful realization that completely shifted my perspective. During a team meeting, a quiet colleague shared how sharing his expertise on #Linkedin had opened unexpected doors for him. It wasn't just about having a digital footprint; It was about adding a human touch to the digital world. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: - Your employees are not just workers but passionate advocates of your brand. - Marketing has transformed into storytelling, where authenticity prevails over traditional sales tactics. - Leadership is now about building connections, not just giving orders. This isn't just a passing trend; It's a fundamental change in how successful companies must operate. When your team begins to share their insights and stories actively, the impact will be immediate – 1. Skyrocketing engagement rates, 2. Deeper client relationships, and 3. A surge in attracting top talent aligned with your values and vision. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀: How do you foster this culture? How do you empower every team member to be a thought leader in their own right? The journey to embracing this paradigm shift is both daunting and incredibly rewarding. It's about inspiring and guiding your team to share their unique perspectives and experiences. This isn't just about strengthening your company's brand; It's about creating a community of trust and engagement. The future belongs to businesses that embrace this change. Are you ready to lead the way in nurturing a culture of authenticity and openness? Let's exchange insights and strategies to help us navigate this transformative era. What are your thoughts on this? Enjoy your weekend!
