🔹 Let’s Call It What It Is: A Chatbot. 🔹 In a world where AI has become pervasive and we’re seeing its true strengths and limitations, it’s time to get back to the basics and call things as they are. Why wrap layers of ambiguity around a technology we know so well? Why the elaborate terms like “Conversational AI,” “Digital Agents,” or even “AI Agents” when what we’re really talking about, at its core, is an AI-powered Chatbot? Chatbots have evolved tremendously—they’re intelligent, they’re proactive, and yes, they have their own limitations. But with AI now part of daily life, the need to dress up this tech in trendy, ambiguous names feels more like noise than value. Let’s be bold, let’s be direct. Let’s rally around simplicity and honesty. It’s a Chatbot, or at best, an AI Chatbot.
