Hello people Today we are gonna figure out what is the difference between those two words ( tall - long ) Okay just to clear it and dont get confused between them again Both of them are used to measure things For example : the distance between our house to this building is very long but the distance from the bottom of that building to its end is very tall Here one is used to measure the distance between two objects while the other is used to measure the distance from the end to the end of a thing I hope this essay is helpful to you all guys and i’m looking forward to your opinions in the comment section

One of the writers I so much honor on this space, sir, Akan Inyene said something that really got me meditating. He said; "Make sure you're building something. And build to last for a long time". This got me asking myself "what am I building? For how long? And what's the foundation?". Because the truth is, no building stands for so long with a faulty, weak or quack foundation. Knowing what exactly you're building, for how long and the foundation, safeguards you eventually. Why? It opens your eyes to the reality that your game is yours, hence you focus so much on your building and how beautiful you want it to look like without comparing your building with any other person's building, as you automatically cannot live your entire life in someone else's building because there is fault in yours (no matter how beautiful it seems). Another important question we may want to ask ourselves is "why am I building? (especially if you don't know why yet)". Your "WHY" keeps you going no matter the challenges that comes with the building. The foundation. What holds your building should be much more stronger than the building itself. So ask yourself, who or what is the pillar behind what I'm building? (I recommend God anyway, that's the perfect foundation come rain, come shine). All, in all, just as sir Akan Inyene as said; "Make sure you're building something. And build to last for a long time". "I stay very much intentional. I am building! Through the thick and thin, it'll last for a very long time". I have not stopped rooting for you. I am yours Sincerely, Grace Olatinwo.

This advice from James Clear's 3-2-1 news letter resonates completely. I sometimes have the tendency procrastinate because I just can't find the right state of mind to really sit down and focus on solving the problem. Or try to solve the world's problems with that one ingenious solution. But the key often is to just get started; start writing that proposal even when you haven't yet worked out what it is exactly, start having conversations with people about what your thinking about even when it's not a perfectly baked idea yet. Through incremental work, you start building the house brick by brick, forming a more solid structure than if you pull up entire walls immediately. Dare to think big, but dare to start small.

31 𝘿𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙊𝙣 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 Day 25 𝑫𝒐 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑩𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 Starting small is not a crime. Yes! It is not a crime. You want to command a lot of influence, but you don't want to start with that small audience. How do want to achieve that? It takes time to build a giant building because you have to spend a lot of time building the foundations. You have to take your time erecting the pillar and filling it up with concrete. It takes days, months or even years to build these kinds of buildings. If you want to be great, then start right from the bottom and focus on building it until it gets to the level you want it to be. You can never escape this. You have to spend your time building your capacity. You have to build up the foundations of the house properly. In your journey to purpose, stop complaining about not having everything you need. I know you need them, but why can't you use what you have while you gather money to buy the things you need? Start with what you have. You will get the things you need along the journey. Start with what you have. You may not have all you need now, start with what you have. Start now! What have you learnt? I recently read a book 📚 written by Dr Leroy Bailey, titled, 'A Solid Foundation'. In the first chapter, he marvels the amount of time it took to complete the foundation of a particular building. It took more than a year's worth of time! From what he observed, he went on to say that, "In order for the building to stand tall and strong enough to last through many years, its foundation had to be well thought-out, well designed and skillfully constructed. What patience those workers had to employ! Without patience, nothing of lasting worth is ever produced."📌 Truly, to build anything of lasting value, patience is required especially in building it's foundation. No matter how eager or excited one is to see the final structure, the work that goes into its foundation is not something to be rushed over. It could be a relationship, a business or even planting a tree but it is certain that patiently investing in a quality foundation is key 🗝️

In Book #4: Most buildings at Cypress College bear the same textured, boardformed striation associated with the Brutalist style, though subsequent additions, while congruent with the style, de-emphasize concrete in favor of glass. More about our books at https://bit.ly/SCLBookInfo
