Maybe salary expectations should be the first question in every job interview. - The employer provides their range first. - The candidate shares their expectations. - Based on this, the employer or candidate makes their decision. If there is a fit, move on to other questions. If there is no salary fit, the company thanks the candidate and concludes the interview.
