Need To Know! Firstly, know what you want, when you do you have clarity on getting it. Your knowledge gives you a stronger ability to discern events or things that come your way. Most often people are unsure of what they want, hence they are usually quick to settle for whatever. Yes, sometimes what you get might look like it’s what you want but with time you will come to a point of feeling No! This is not for me. The first step is always to take the time you need to know what you want. If you are unsure or need clarification, seek professional advice and ask the Lord in prayers. Happy New Month! Be Blessed.

Being grateful to God for whatever He has given is a beautiful sentiment. It acknowledges the blessings, both big and small, and fosters a positive outlook on life. Gratitude can be expressed through prayer, acts of kindness, and by appreciating the people and opportunities that come your way. It can also involve reflecting on your day and recognizing the moments that brought joy or learning experiences. #God #job #e-commerce #digitalmarketing #linkden

November 17, 2024 Our lemonade reference was useful. We are speaking of our message on this date in 2012 when we began guiding you through your planetary ascension and evolution. Please view the message and our conversation on your full moon, and you will begin making lemonade. November 17, 2012 Throughout your physical life experience, you are always seeking to take lemons and turn them into lemonade. While that popular saying may appear to you at first to be trite, it holds the key to the expansion you sought to experience. All events and situations have duality or contrast, and when you are able to find the part of that equation that equals lemonade for you, expansion occurs. You can think of it in terms of good and bad if that helps your understanding; however, all of it is always good when you seek to find it. When you think you have made a “bad” choice or decision, there is always a gift to be found. -Wilhelm Watch the Replay of our Full Moon Channeling Session Watch the Replay Here: https://lnkd.in/gjUKNqzp #rogerburnley #wilhelm #ascension #lifepurpose #selfacceptance #spiritualawakening

TRUE - - - It is time, isn't it? TIP: our only point of 'control' is the present. 🕒 If we wait for 'someone else' to take a stand or push back against dishonorable behavior, nothing will change. Over nearly a decade, I've witnessed and experienced what I define as 'Systemic Avoidance of Duty' (SAD) within Management, HR, and Unions. 😔 The truly SAD aspect is that those who perpetuate this toxicity may not realize how much better their work and career experiences could be. It often functions as a trauma response. We should expect and demand more from those entrusted with 'The Public Trust,' especially when they violate that trust. ⚖️ It has to stop. The data supports this. There's no cost savings or financial benefit to maintaining a toxic environment—it merely reinforces undiagnosed narcissism or sociopathy among those in power, who pretend to be 'doing their job' when they are not. 🚫 Transforming toxic operations into healthy environments is always a win:win. The problem is, those guilty are afraid of being exposed. From a POTU perspective, demanding punitive measures only perpetuates 'Structural Violence'. We need to make it safe for change to happen. The problem with SAD is that it's all about using 'force' and abusing 'power', rather than stewarding power to create a non-toxic environment. 💪 When refusal to end toxicity persists, external oversight and litigation become necessary for positive change, which should be unnecessary among fair-minded and reasonable people. If policy and justice fail, depending on the severity of the harm caused, human beings eventually rebel when they lose faith in the systems supposedly preventing SAD. 🔥 We enjoy fictions like 'The Punisher' and 'The Equalizer' because they address unchecked corruption that leads to toxic, and eventually criminal, activities. Such corruption evolves when we fail to challenge SAD in our lives, work, and careers. Being a business owner, for example, does not grant the right to be abusive. 👊 We have a lot of work to do. It begins by each of us taking personal responsibility to expose, challenge, and say 'no' to SAD when it shows up. It also involves documenting events in support of those targeted and being an honorable 'witness' to those who dare to stand against it. 🛡️ Too many people are waiting for 'someone else' to act, while merely complaining. That does not work. 💬 - POTU David 💖 Love/Like, 🔁 Repost/Share, 💬 Comment with your thoughts, share. Our world needs to learn how to live the principles it already knows. #potudavid #howtothinkpotu #management #HR #unions #sadmanagement #sadhr #sadunions
Goodnight & Sweet Dreams ❤️💚🖤

https://lnkd.in/edurgxnT This Holy Week video, capturing where everything unfolded, captivated me, prompting multiple viewings to fully grasp the teachings relevant to our journey. The journey of Holy Week, as observed from the places where the events actually happened, provides a vivid and profound backdrop for understanding leadership, enduring struggles, and embodying faith. From this sacred timeline, we can draw several lessons relevant to leadership and navigating times of adversity: 1. Servant Leadership - The actions and teachings of Jesus throughout Holy Week exemplify the essence of servant leadership. Leaders are called to serve others with humility and compassion, placing the needs of their followers before their own, much like Jesus washing the feet of his disciples as a demonstration of humility and service. 2. Facing Struggles with Grace - Holy Week is a poignant reminder of facing struggles with resilience and grace. Even in the face of betrayal, injustice, and suffering, there's a powerful lesson in maintaining faith and composure, trusting in a higher purpose beyond the immediate pain. 3. The Importance of Continuous Prayer - The events of Holy Week underscore the importance of constant communication with God, especially during challenging times. Prayer provides strength, guidance, and comfort, helping us navigate through uncertainties with a clearer vision and a calmer spirit. 4. Dealing with Betrayal - Encountering betrayal, as Jesus did with Judas, is a part of the human experience. We can learn from this to approach betrayals with forgiveness and understanding, recognizing them as opportunities for growth and deepening of one's character and faith. 5. Faith and Trust in God's Will - The ultimate surrender to God's will, as exemplified by Jesus' prayer at Gethsemane, teaches leaders the importance of faith and trust. Even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges, believing in a divine plan offers hope and guidance. 6. Victory Through Sacrifice - The resurrection on Easter Sunday symbolizes victory over adversity through sacrifice. It illustrates how enduring struggles and making sacrifices for the greater good can lead to triumphant outcomes, a vital lesson for leaders in any field. These lessons from Holy Week invite reflection on personal and professional life, encouraging a leadership approach grounded in service, empathy, resilience, and faith. It remind us that true leadership involves guiding others through challenges, not just in times of ease but especially in moments of great difficulty, embodying the virtues exemplified throughout the Holy Week journey.
