Job hunting in Dubai, first week of Oct I was invited for an interview by a company selecting F&B candidate for some cafes in UAE. since I had another job offer that's not F&B I didn't attend the interview. Then I got another invite by the same company that stated they would be interviewing for 2 days, so I thought it was legit. I declined the first offer then went for this F&B interview. Very many candidates were invited almost 80+. Now imagine this company had interview for 3days for the past 2weeks with 80+ candidates per day. Can’t land a job interviews in the UAE? These are things you NEED to know. The UAE job market (Dubai in particular), is one of the most sought after spaces in the world. This is for all the recruiters. This question always comes to my mind that when a candidate has no means to travel to another but he wants to work in Dubai. Why does the recruiter only prefer an in person candidate why can't they look for a talent online if it's only about an interview you can do it via zoom or Google meet. Interviews can be done online.
