The working principle of a centrifugal air compressor..!!! A centrifugal air compressor operates by drawing air into the center through a rotating impeller. then pushing it forward through centrifugal force or outward flow. By slowing down the airflow through a diffuser more kinetic energy is generated.

Interstage Bleed Valve - SGT 300 High build up of AIR at Low Speed may create STALL condition in Compressor section, to overcome this problem we use variable guide vanes to reduce mass air flow. We also vent off excess air using the Interstage Bleed Valve. Prior to ignition the turbine compressor inter stage bleed valve is used to bleed compressor air to atmosphere to reduce the start-up power requirements and prevent compressor surge.

turbine stage assy is designed at some types. at this shown type, any blades have tip-shroud. functions of the shroud are as a tool for air escaping prevention {from upper pressure side of stage to low pressure side through blade-tip} and also as a vibration damper. but at turbine module since there are high temperature, so for prevention of strong thermal stress at closed ring, there are noticeable gap between the tip shroud of blades. also it's important to check the slotted-gap between shrouds that there are no way for air to escaping through it when the turbine is at it's working temperature.

The basic principle of an air compressor is to mechanically compress air to reduce air volume and increase air pressure. This process can usually be broken down into several steps: 1. Suction: Air is drawn into the compressor from the atmosphere. 2. Compression: Through the conversion of mechanical energy, the compression elements (such as piston, screw or blade) in the compressor compress the air. The volume of air decreases and the pressure increases. 3.
