After taking a break from LinkedIn, I've returned to the platform and noticed some significant changes. It's no longer just about recruitment pitches like it was six years ago when I was indeed a recruiter myself. The shift from "transactional LinkedIn" to a focus on positivity, soft skills, and shared collective mindsets is truly refreshing. I look forward to expanding my network with more connections that prioritize emotional intelligence and positivity. #LinkedIn #Networking #EmotionalIntelligence

Louder & Louder! I have noticed a LinkedIn trend that I feel compelled to address. Over the past month, I've observed many HRs, Talent Acquisitions, and other girls posting images of themselves in various poses with captions like happy Eid selfies, office selfies, fresh faces, etc. that seem more suited to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Tinder, rather than LinkedIn. While I understand the desire to share personal moments, it's important to remember the purpose of this platform. LinkedIn is not Instagram or Snapchat. It's a professional network designed for job seeking, knowledge sharing, and professional networking. I'd like to encourage you to consider the content you're posting and whether it aligns with the professional environment of LinkedIn. Let's focus on contributing valuable insights, engaging in meaningful discussions, and supporting one another's professional growth. Let's keep LinkedIn a space for professional development and networking. #hr #talent #TalentAcquisitions #LinkedIn #LinkedInFamily #jobs #CFBR #CopiedPost

"Breaking the LinkedIn Illusion" Lately, I've found myself overwhelmed by the endless stream of profiles showcasing "perfect" careers and rockstar personas. The reality? It's often more rhetoric than substance. Having worked with numerous so-called LinkedIn superstars, I can’t help but notice how some feel more like celebrities than professionals. Yet, when it comes to real work, there's often more flash than follow-through. And let's talk about the hiring process. Ghosting candidates after making them jump through hoops? Come on. It’s not hard to provide a simple update. If you can relentlessly approach candidates with messages, surely you can spare a moment to inform them of their status. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, and it's time we acknowledge the gap between LinkedIn perfection and reality. Let’s keep it real, LinkedIn. #LinkedInRealTalk #Transparency #JobSearch

Recently I’ve been questioning if LinkedIn truly delivers. But after posting about a challenging job opening in a tough area, I got my answer. Around a dozen folks stepped up to offer their support. Sure, a few staffing agencies chimed in with their pitches. But among them, a couple shared valuable tips and connected me with some great contacts. Plus, I’ve had some fantastic conversations with people I reached out to. It’s pretty clear: LinkedIn works. Just speak up, and help comes your way. Have you seen results with LinkedIn? #healthcarerecruitment #respiratorytherapist

Attention Please! 📢 I have noticed a LinkedIn trend that I feel compelled to address. Over the past month, I've observed many HRs, Talent Acquisitions, and other girls posting images of themselves in various poses with ridiculous captions like happy Eid selfies, office selfies, fresh faces, etc that seem more suited to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Tinder, rather than LinkedIn. While I understand the desire to share personal moments, it's important to remember the purpose of this platform. LinkedIn is not Tinder or Snapchat. It's important to maintain a professional tone and focus on the overarching message rather than individual reactions. 😑😶 #hr #talent #TalentAcquisitions #LinkedIn #LinkedInFamily #jobs #CFBR #HappyFace #EidSelfie #FreshFace #sharingmemories #Reflecting #EidMubarak #Faces
