Tips for Newbies: When starting as a new designer, you don't need to come up with new ideas for what you want to design. You can always take inspiration from other people's designs. Copy, copy, copy until your mind starts coming up with unique ways to structure your design. However, it's important to remember to understand the fundamentals of design and core principles. Neumorphism: The Latest UI Trend 🌟 Defined by its sleek blend of skeuomorphism and minimalism, Neumorphism introduces a new dimension of depth and realism to digital interfaces, creating visually striking and engaging user experiences. Following are the quick steps on how to make this: 1. Set up your design environment in software like Adobe XD or Figma. 2. Create a new document and Establish a base layout with simple shapes like header, navigation, content, and footer. 3. Choose soft, muted colors for your interface elements. 4. Add UI elements such as buttons, input fields, and cards. 5. Apply soft, diffuse shadows to the edges of UI elements for a 'pushed-in' effect. 6. Add soft highlights to simulate light reflecting off the surfaces of elements. 7. Experiment with stacking UI elements to create layers of depth. 8. Alongside the tutorial videos I have been working on (almost done with the final video edits), I recently contemplated the idea of creating hundreds of UI kits and design systems to aid designers in crafting fast and consistent designs. I know, right? It sounds hectic and challenging, and truly, it is. These UI elements will be available in the first quarter of 2025. I intend to develop hundreds initially, with the goal of expanding to thousands over time. This will encompass visually appealing and well-structured landing pages, pop-up modals, cards, dashboards, buttons in various states, and much more. A smart, extensive, and scalable typography system will be implemented alongside components and variants. Rest assured, blurs and shadows will be pre-configured.
