Interesting Klarna news. They're enhancing the shopping experience with the introduction of 'Klarna Balance,' a new digital wallet. Now, customers can transfer funds from their bank accounts directly into their Klarna wallet. But there is more – Klarna is also rolling out a cash-back rewards program! Shoppers can earn up to 10% cash back when they use the Klarna app at participating retailers. Will this increase the use of Klarna payments? One downside I encountered this week is that Klarna does not work properly with Shopify markets. Customers can only pay in the store's main currency, not their local currency.
