June 2024 marked a remarkable moment in my career as I joined Taxi Studio's design team. The past three months have been incredibly rewarding, and unforgettable experience. From working on live projects to participating in strategic meetings, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the world of design. The team’s constant support and guidance have been instrumental in refining my skills and shaping my perspective. As I move on to the next chapter, I’d like to share 3 key takeaways from my time at Taxi Studio: 1. Refining Ideas: Design thrives in the details, and I've learned there's no one “right” idea—only the one that best fits the client's needs, shaped through careful refinement. 2. Design Thinking: A strong design strategy lays the foundation for impactful work. Taking the time to clarify problems and establish brand identity early on reduces revisions and creates lasting impressions. I’ve learned to step back, evaluate visual elements, and consider how they align across all brand touchpoints. 3. Storytelling: Presenting designs is about more than aesthetics, it’s about connecting visuals to a brand's values through compelling narratives. A strong story makes the design relatable and memorable. A huge thank you to the creative team Abi Sargant Isabella Atkinson Tilly Scott Toby Roberts Elle Eveleigh for your guidance. I’m eager to carry these lessons forward as I embark on this new journey with Proctor + Stevenson. Here’s to new beginnings and continuous growth!

My Design Journey Hello, I’m Mudasir, Graphic Designer at Alpha And Omega Technologies. My journey has been a blend of challenges, learning, and growth. I started my career as a Studio Assistant, where long nights of learning and experimenting became routine. Those early days were all about exploration and building the skills. Every project, big or small, contributed to the foundation of my career. I initially found networking and presenting ideas challenging. But each of these obstacles turned into valuable lessons. One significant milestone was working on my thesis project, “Labyrinth of Thoughts.” Working on that topic was a pivotal moment in my career. This project underscored the importance of perseverance and attention to detail. Each difficulty taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, refining my communication skills, and understanding that growth often comes from facing our fears. Looking back, I’m proud of the work I accomplished and the growth sparked in my professional journey. Continuous learning has been my mantra and key part of my career. From new design tools to leadership skills, Everyday is an opportunity to grow. Thank you for joining me on this journey. I’m excited to share more insights into my work and the experiences that shape my career. Follow me for updates, stories, and reflections. Here’s to new beginnings and ongoing growth! #Design

Growth is a journey, if you can embrace it. There's the feeling of fulfillment that flows through your veins when result comes through your passion and resilience over time. At the start of my Tech Career as a Creative, I can recall countless hours of designing a single flyer to tireless meet expectations over 10 times. I don't know what design will do for me as at then but the passion to own the skill and defend the skill was the goal which later became a way of life for me to express my ideas, communicate with people outside my horizon, help humans and most importantly effect change. Furthermore, it did not get easier but tougher because I needed to OWN IT. DEFEND IT AND MAKE IT WORK. In this Journey, I have experienced exponential growth with men like Tobi Afolabi that has an unwavering commitment for excellence which has made me push beyond my perceived limit. So collaborating with Tobi Afolabi and his team on the project reminded me of memories of Gbenga, can we change this... that....😅 I think you can make it better, just give one more try. I have been groomed to build with him and several other world-class brands like yours. Honestly, I have come to realise that your growth is connected to the kind of network we keep, the type of people we surround ourselves with and collaborate with because it benefits our personal, spiritual, professional and business life. PS: This is but a Glimpse of Tobi Afolabi Brand Project ............................... Have you got a project ? Email: iamgbengadebayo@gmail.com Portfolio: www.iamgbengadebayo.vzy.io Thank you! When you think of creativity, job titles such as graphic designer or marketer may come to mind. To me, success isn’t just about nailing the shot or delivering on time— It’s about establishing relationships built on trust, collaboration, and shared vision. As creatives, we take an outsized amount of pride in the process, not just the final product. Because 𝐡𝐨𝐰 we work together is just as important as 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 we create. But it’s much easier to watch a video and understand its impact than it is to know the value of our process in the eyes of the client. So how do we know the process is working? Getting that call (or email or text) for repeat business. Let’s take our pals at Revolution Cooking as an example. This journey we’re on together has been more than just a series of product marketing projects—it’s been the development of a real relationship. With each production (this is our third in less than a year), we’ve put in the effort to understand their brand, their vision, and their goals. And that work allows us to dive into creative development together with confidence and ease, knowing we’re on the same page from the start, even as their brand evolves. The hard work is worth it, and the investment is paying off for all of us. Because for the Pennant Video team, this isn’t just about checking off tasks—it’s about the pride we take in delivering something that reflects both 𝐨𝐮𝐫 work and 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 values. 👉 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝟗𝟎 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 Director of Photography: Colby Todisco Music Composition & Mix: Chris Plante Motion Design & Animation: Ben Drake 3D Motion Graphics: Mark Cernosia Creative Director: Shaw Flick Food Styling: Lauren Lear Set Styling: Suzanne Lee Photo/PA: Eric Saltzman Assistant: Mazie Biswell Grip: Adam Mikaelian AC: Jake Davidson Gaffer: Jeff Griecci Direction/Edit: 🙋♂️ Thank You 🙏 Matthew Caputo

A selection of work from the last six months, condensed into a nifty 3.6 seconds. From NHS infrastructure, creative recruitment and AI-driven talent pairing to electric transport, workplace transport, pilates and growth marketing, we've covered a lot of ground in 2024. We've finally got round to writing case studies, creating portfolio images and updating our site. It's one of those things that falls to the back of the list when there's client work to do, even though we know it's important. It's taken ages, so take a look around www.wearetonic.uk/work to make us feel better about it. Failing that, if you have a branding and/or website project in mind, give us a shout so we can work on that instead of having to do more of this.

How do you not feel intimidated in a room of professionals from your niche? Well, I once read that "Even the best persons are still learning and growing." After the class we had on Wednesday at The Female Media Network (Tefem) , I thought to my self - Why don't you try out something? And I did! I Present to you a design I made; An onboarding screen "Meday". My emotions went into this Design lol. I spent hours into the morning designing, From Choosing the Right colour, to Text style to alignment ( let's not talk about the auto layout 😭) and icons, Everything has been amazing. "Meday" is a Productivity app inspired by the need for organization and efficiency of daily activities of the day. I got some inspiration from Dribbble and the illustration from Undraw.co. Tell me what you think about the design ? And How do you deal with the feeling of intimidation?❣️ Happy Saturday 💜 #linkedIn #dribbble #productivity #design #meday #tefem #autolayout #UI #saturday #undraw #productdesign #product #onboarding #page #victorywilsonekpe

🚀 And That’s A Wrap!!! I am immensely grateful to the entire A3 Visual nationwide team for their collaboration in executing some truly spectacular projects. The smaller, daily collaborative team was composed of exceptional professionals, and I am fortunate to have worked alongside such talented individuals. I am especially proud of the significant growth in both knowledge and personal development that I achieved during this time. As I always say, “Knowledge is Key!” 📚✨ During my time at A3, I had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including innovative trade show booth designs, exhibitor services programs, impactful event productions, large-format printing, immersive experiences, and detailed installations. I led creative and fabrication teams, managed client relationships, and ensured successful project outcomes, all while adhering to budget guidelines and stakeholder goals. These experiences have significantly enriched my skills and overall industry knowledge. With our mission now successfully completed, it’s time for me to embark on the next chapter of my career. 🌟 If you know of any opportunities, leads, referrals, or contacts, your support is greatly appreciated. 🙏 Please refer to the Projects section within my profile for further skills and project details.
