𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 Ever tried turning a hobby into a business? It’s thrilling but tricky! Here’s a golden nugget: 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥. Why? It’s your roadmap to what works and what needs fixing. Meet Clara. She loved pottery.  Decided to make it her business. Started small – a pot here, a vase there. She wrote down 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Six months down the line, she 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲. By documenting, she saw her casual pottery hobby grow into a thriving business. On a first meet How much details do you see on average? Are you the type to see "Everything"? Do younsee the nitty gritty details that make up a person and their surroundings? Or are you the type to see an overall pictures and details is not your things? Some people see everything. All the time. They call it a "Blessing and a Curse combined" It seems so thrilling to always see everything. And know everything. Until you live it, and you just want to shut that feature down for a bit. For once, let me not see everything. It is a helpful tool lots of times. In my line of business where main focus is all about details and ensuring we do it right for sure. But I am with other people, for example my kids, I plenty times want to shut that feature off. Can you guess why? #bidding #parenting #details
