However, they face multiple challenges in translating their work into tangible impact, with wide-ranging career implications. This project, funded by the Academy of Marketing, seeks to investigate such challenges within the disciplines of Business and Management , in the UK. The aim is to disclose challenges to the wider community, identifying the support and resources required to empower ECRs achieve sustainable impact.
