Eg ready-to-eat or ready-to-heat products? 2️⃣ is your product aimed at, or likely to be consumed by, particularly vulnerable people? What does that mean in terms of your micro contaminants limits? Your labelling? Your primary & secondary shelf life?… Etc Eg dairy-free products are likely to be consumed by consumers suffering from dairy allergy. Note: you can think of the AYOPI acronym to help you remember the more vulnerable groups of people: -Allergey sufferers -Young people/children -Older people -Pregnant women and their unborn babies -Ill/immunodeficient people 3️⃣ where will your product be sold and consumed? What are the countries of destination? Do they have the same legislation as your site on allergens? The same legal contaminant limits? The same labelling rules?
