Cheers to Jackson Lewis P.C. 🥂 who hosted a DEI CLE program and wine tasting event. Thank you Angela Quiles Nevarez and Michael Thomas for highlighting recent developments in the DEI space and explaining the what-to-do and what-not-to-do when it comes to compliant company sponsored DEI programs. As you can see from our members' smiling faces and nearly empty wine glasses, we had a rough time sampling and drinking all those fancy wines. 😉

Quick question for legal eagles: Does a wine tasting/education business in Miami-Dade County need a liquor license to serve wine in private events at homes and businesses? Details: the business serves wine as part of its course or tasting event, but doesn't sell wine at the events.
