Today marks the end of my journey with Accenture in the Philippines. It has been a truly rich and transformative experience. In my time here, I’ve learned what it takes to execute large-scale process and systems transformations—how robust and comprehensive change management, communications, and learning solutions are critical not just for implementation, but for meaningful success and impact. I deeply appreciate the firm’s commitment to meaningful change, stewardship, respect for diversity and inclusion, data integrity, upskilling, leadership development, and value creation. These principles, paired with the opportunity to collaborate with some of the strongest, smartest, and most resilient people I’ve ever met, have left an indelible mark on me. Beyond the work, I will miss the simple joys of working just a few floors above a Starbucks, a Foot Locker, a Muji, and other little conveniences of being atop a shopping mall (the traffic is another story, of course). I will miss moments of quiet reflection at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Chapel. But what I will miss most are the people—the camaraderie, the brilliance, and the shared resilience of colleagues who consistently showed up with purpose and drive. Of course, I cannot say thank you enough to my People Lead (Sari Daradar) and fellow leads at the Talent & Organization tower of the ACN Strategy & Consulting Manila Node (Suzie Barba, Rastle Lozano, Jasper Jamito, James Al Yanson, Anjali Bishnoi (She/Her)). As I turn the page to my next chapter, I leave with gratitude and the words of Tennyson echoing in my mind: "We are not now that strength which in old days Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts, Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." Onward, with a heart full of lessons and a will to strive and seek what’s next. #LetThereBeChange

I am excited to announce that we at Accenture now have coaches for cultural change who are promoting international collaboration and helping teams better understand and leverage cultural differences - and that I am one of them🚀 We support our colleagues and global teams to work better together by 👉Promoting Cultural Sensitivity: We highlight why people adhere to certain patterns and how to break these behaviors to overcome cultural barriers. 👉 The 5 Dimensions of Cultural Change: We help teams to better understand and navigate cultural differences in the areas of Independence vs. Interdependence, Egalitarianism vs. Hierarchy, Risk vs. Caution, Directness vs. Indirectness, and Task vs. Relationship. This fosters deeper cultural sensitivity and more effective communication. 👉 Practice and Theory: By combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications, we enable participants to immediately apply what they have learned in their daily work, strengthening intercultural collaboration. Thanks to our coaches for cultural change, our international teams significantly improve their collaboration, minimize cultural misunderstandings, and create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This leads to greater success and sustainable value for colleagues and clients. A big thank you to everyone who has supported this process!
