Valley Landing construction is in full swing! Valley Landing is a 63.9 AC development by ACCESS Commercial, LLC and is being constructed by Montage Builders, LLC. This project is in the rapidly expanding area of Valley, NE, located on 264th & Meigs Street. MONTAGE completed the overall site grading and is now, despite the cold temperatures, busy excavating the lake that will offer our lots gorgeous lakefront views. DC West Athletic Complex, set to open Fall 2026, and Fareway Grocery are also users we’re excited to welcome to our Valley Landing development!
