I do not like the textbook definition of LEADERSHIP. 🤷♀️ A quick Google search returns leadership being defined as: 🔘 action of leading people or an organisation 🔘 ability to influence and guide followers 🔘 process which maximises the efforts of others to achieve a goal And honestly, I do not like any of them! Why? ❌ All of them imply the ‘outside-in’ direction, something that is being done to people by someone who knows better. ❌ All of them assume that people need to be guided and influenced constantly.
