Automation for the win! Video shows our destacker in action- This is a multi-mag system, which really adds to efficiency. You can technically have 5 magazines in process on this setup. The in-feed conveyor can have two, out-feed conveyor can have two, and the one in use. So if you start with 5 full magazines of 250 boards, you can load 1 and then fill the in feed conveyor with 2 more. As it finishes the first magazine, it will feed the first magazine out. Then it will go down and grab another. So after it finishes 100 boards, you can put the other 2 magazines on the in-feed conveyor and be set for another 150. And keep filling up empty magazines if you are blessed with those lot sizes! #manufacturing #automation #pcb

Mesmerizing soldering process looks soo cool 🤷♂️ how soldering used to do in regular cases Need to Clean and dry the area on the circuit board where you'll be soldering. You can use rubbing alcohol for this. If using flux, apply a small amount to the soldering point. Plug in the soldering iron and allow it to heat up to the recommended temperature, typically between 300°C and 400°C (572°F and 752°F). Place the component on the designated pads on the circuit board. Bend the leads of the component slightly to hold it in place. Hold the solder spool in one hand and the soldering iron in the other. Touch the tip of the iron to the joint where the component lead meets the pad on the circuit board. Do not apply solder directly to the iron tip. As the tip heats the joint, the solder will melt and flow onto the pad and component lead. Once enough solder has melted to create a small, smooth mound connecting the component lead and the pad, remove the solder and iron tip. Hold the component steady for a few seconds to allow the solder to cool and solidify.
