Nel corso degli anni sono sorte convinzioni errate sui pavimenti in legno, spesso dovute a pregiudizi o informazioni obsolete.  Andiamo dunque a sfatare i 4 falsi miti sul parquet. È troppo costoso! Ormai ci sono soluzioni per tutte le tasche, alcune persino più abbordabili di alcune tipologie di ceramica. Non si può usare con il riscaldamento a pavimento. Gran parte delle tipologie di parquet possono essere impiegate con un riscaldamento a pavimento. Basterà farlo presente al momento dell’acquisto. Ha bisogno di tanta manutenzione. Se si scelgono le finiture giuste, non si andrà incontro a chissà quali fatiche. Sarà necessaria una pulizia quotidiana con semplici scope o panni (ma anche aspirapolveri e robot). In cucina e in bagno assolutamente no! Che il parquet non resista all’acqua è uno dei falsi miti più duri a morire. Pensiamo al ponte delle barche e dei velieri: che materiale ci viene in mente? Inoltre abbiamo reso più performate il pacchetto tetto a livello energetico.♻️ Abbiamo quindi alzato i pilastri in cemento armato, creato nuove travi in acciaio per sorreggere la nuova copertura.
