2024 year is quite a special year for us as iTechGenic Global Pte Limited Here are the key achievements we have made. 1. Launched our version 2.0 product under the name 'Devboost' 2. Managed to secure strong partnerships with key companies , which accounted to almost 2,000 users on our platform , and a pipeline of US$6million . Thanks to Atul Vaidya and his team . 3. Managed to forge partnerships with e-Zest Digital Product Engineering, Tech Mahindra and DXC Technology for joint go-to-market , which resulted in 30 demos already with key customers in last 1 month. 4. Onboarded BeyondSeed as our Singapore partner for advisory and mentorship 5. Onboarded Expert Dojo as our key investor plus partner This would not have been possible without the sheer support of Swapnil Tawar and his team, who helped us when we needed it most from the technical side . 2025 will be a massive year for us on multiple fronts 1. About to onboard some massive investors , who themselves have bought and sold businesses worth billions 2. Expanding to USA and Europe through our key partnerships with existing partners such as CODE AG 3. Technology advancement by bringing some quality engineers and AI expert to scale further 4 Parnerships with some other massive consulting companies to scale across their clients . 5. Companies struggle with the problem of a lack of new business initiatives initiated by their employees, no fresh ideas emerging, and no critical thinking taking place. Is that a surprise? Not really. ⭕ Companies have created structures in which these competencies have become desolate. New tools that promise a simple solution have been hyped instead of giving the space and time to engage in a severe discourse in which new, different solutions emerge. ⭕ Trainings and workshops were detached from work and evaluated on whether they were fun for the participants and not on whether they were relevant to the work context. ⭕ Bureaucracy and its rules took over the task of making decisions and avoiding accountability. However, the good thing is that humans created these structures, so companies also have the opportunity to change them. The first step could be that we don't see the individuals as the problem and stop trying to change them. En route to my final speaking engagement of 2024 in Penang this morning, I took a moment to reflect on how far this year has taken me. BrandRev.ai was a business I started while working through my MBA, fuelled by my desire to solve revenue and productivity challenges for businesses of all sizes by leveraging AI to drive real, measurable business impact. While gaining the traction we have today hasn’t been the easiest journey, this year has been nothing short of extraordinary: 1. Delivered numerous speaking engagements, sharing insights on AI, revenue strategy, and business transformation across diverse platforms and countries. 2. Deployed AI Workflows that not only solved challenges but also unlocked new opportunities for demand growth and performance efficiency. 3. Incubated AI projects, turning ideas into reality and proving that experimentation and execution go hand in hand. 4. Partnered with incredible clients to deliver measurable results—driving revenue, improving processes, and building stronger strategies for the future. 2024 has been a year of milestones, but more importantly ‘sowing the seeds’ of what’s to come – and I am looking forward to helping both clients and partners achieve greater success, and (finally) unveiling some of the projects we’ve worked on this past year.
