Savannah region tops the chart, but only as 'moderately free' - a stark reminder that even the best-performing regions have room for improvement. This highlights the urgent need for government officials to reassess and refine their policies to ensure greater freedom across all regions. If the top-performing region is only moderately free, it's clear that there's still much work to be done to unlock the full potential of every region. Reflections on the African Philanthropy Conference Africans working in the development sector must be more creative with resources and be less reliant on external sources of resources.
