Savannah region tops the chart, but only as 'moderately free' - a stark reminder that even the best-performing regions have room for improvement. This highlights the urgent need for government officials to reassess and refine their policies to ensure greater freedom across all regions. If the top-performing region is only moderately free, it's clear that there's still much work to be done to unlock the full potential of every region. Stay tuned for more updates on the ACEYE 2024 REF Index Report. This #grant will have stiff competition, but it's a good way to get on Mastercard's radar. They don't do open calls very often. "Selected SMEs will receive support from the Fund, including grants ranging from US$ 500,000 to US$ 2,500,000, disbursed over a 3-year period, based on the applicants’ development stage, scalability and business model....in the following 20 Sub-Saharan Africa countries: Kenya, Benin, Burundi, Botswana, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia." #fundingopportunity
