This was a great event! Scott Ellyson gave some great advice for business leaders - "If you're the one who's always pushing the team forward, you have the wrong team." Eric Krucke spoke of the importance of alignment with your investor. "You have to understand the goals of your investor." Founder's need to get ready more than they used to, as investment bankers are asking for more up front - Quality of Earnings, Valuations, System Architecture, Team Design. Can't wait for the next one!
