Promoting healthy habits in Young Children Encouraging good habits in kids is key to their growth, immune health, and overall wellness. KA- The Preschool shows this in their everyday activities: staff guides the kids to clean their hands properly before and after lunch, which helps in promoting cleanliness and avoiding sickness. They also remind kids to drink water every half hour, which keeps them hydrated and helps their brains work better. Above that, KA- The Preschool also gives food lists to parents, helping to add balanced healthy meals to the kids' diets. These steps work together to build a base for health that lasts a lifetime. #preschool #education #healthy #habits #food #activities #cleanliness

September is here, and it's time to think about our children's health as they head back to school! With the new school year starting, our kids are back in the classroom and spending more time with their peers, which means a higher risk of catching something. It got me thinking—how can we help strengthen our children's immunity during this time? Here’s what I believe really makes a difference: ✅ Balanced Diet – We all know it, but it’s worth repeating. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and healthy fats is crucial. Vitamins like A, C, D, and minerals such as zinc and selenium are essential for a strong immune system. ✅ Regular Physical Activity – Encouraging kids to stay active isn’t just about keeping them fit. It’s about boosting their immune system too. Whether it’s a bike ride, a game of soccer, or a walk in the park, movement matters. ✅ Adequate Sleep – Sleep is non-negotiable. School-aged kids need 9-11 hours of good sleep every night. A regular bedtime routine can work wonders for their overall health. ✅ Hygiene and Prevention – Simple habits like washing hands regularly and avoiding face-touching can go a long way. Teaching our kids these basics is a small step with a big impact. ✅ Supplementation – Sometimes, a little extra support is needed. Choosing high-quality supplements with the right active ingredients can be a smart addition to their routine. As parents, we’re always looking out for our kids. Taking these steps now can help them stay healthy and resilient as they navigate the challenges of the new school year. Let’s make sure our kids are ready for whatever comes their way! 💪 #SimplyForHealth #ParentingThoughts #ChildHealth #BackToSchool #ImmunityBoost #Wellbeing #AuraHerbals

How to facilitate children to make healthy food choices….. As parents, we want our children to grow up healthy and strong. But with so many unhealthy temptations out there, it can be hard to know where to start. Here are a few approaches that support your children to be health conscious: Make healthy choices the norm: Make sure your home is stocked with healthy options like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Encourage your children to choose these foods by making them easily accessible and delicious. Get active together: Regular physical activity is important for both children and adults. Find activities that you and your children enjoy doing together, like taking a family hike, going for a bike ride, or playing a game of soccer. Set limits on screen time: Too much screen time can lead to a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy habits. Set limits on your children's screen time and encourage them to engage in other activities like reading, playing outside, or doing a craft. Celebrate small victories: Praise your children for making healthy choices, even if they're small. Celebrating their successes will motivate them to continue making healthy choices in the future. "Over my 30+ years of training, I've seen a common pattern: parents come to me eager to get in shape, yet often don't extend those same healthy eating habits to their children. This can set kids up for future challenges, leading them to face the same struggles their parents did when they first sought my help. It's crucial that the healthy lifestyle changes parents make are embraced by the entire family. This way, everyone is set up not just for survival, but for long-term success and well-being." #FamilyHealth #ParentingTips #NutritionAdvice #HealthyLifestyle #FitnessTransformation
