SC Medicaid waiver services refer to programs in South Carolina that provide Medicaid-funded support and services to individuals who may otherwise require institutional care, such as in a nursing home or hospital. These waivers allow the state to "waive" certain Medicaid rules, enabling beneficiaries to receive care in their homes or communities instead. The goal is to promote independence and improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and other vulnerable populations. If you or someone you knows needs care at home, we can help navigate through the complex Medicaid system to get the help you need. #itsnotjustalowincomething #ageinplace #dreamhome #independenceforseniors #elderlaw #lifecareplanning #estateplanning #lawyerlisa
