Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company ("Mumtalakat"), the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain, and CYVN Holdings, an Abu-Dhabi-based mobility operator and investment vehicle, have signed an agreement to acquire McLaren’s automotive business.    Witnessed by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, the agreement also provides for securing a non-controlling stake in McLaren’s racing business. Air Vice Marshal Amir Hayat has been reappointed as the CEO of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), according to a recent notification by the Pakistani government. Hayat will serve as the acting CEO until a permanent appointment is made. This decision follows the recommendation of the PIA Board of Directors. The Government of Pakistan has reappointed Air Vice Marshal Amir Hayat as the acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
