We’ve had some eye-opening experiences on the team last week. Our newest team member Mary Bajorek led us in a hands-on experience with the ♻ Eco-Cycle Framework ♻ so we could map out how to harness our collective energy more powerfully.     The framework is based on the cycles we observe in nature:  gestation, birth, maturation and creative destruction. 🌿 Our big "Aha" moment: 💡 Our collective energy multiplies when we let go of work that has run its course and open up to what else might emerge.💡 It’s liberating to let go of things so they can be creatively destroyed.
