I recently ran a poll to see what recruiters find the most challenging part of their job and the results are in!!! 📝 Here’s what you shared: 🕗 Making clients move faster took the lead with 41% of votes. It seems like getting those approvals and decisions through the pipeline can be quite the waiting game! 🤹♀️ Juggling a million follow-ups came in second at 24%. It’s no surprise that staying on top of every conversation can feel like a full-time job in itself. What stands out to me is that the most common frustration isn’t directly related to candidates, but rather the internal processes!
