Jun- August was so hot in our segment. We succeed in keeping our client's reputation with more than ten crises in such a short period. Reputation can often be the most critical asset at risk. In the last two months, we managed ten significant cyber crises across multiple regions and industries, including a U.S.-based energy company, a UK fintech firm, German hospitals, an Israeli unicorn, cargo aviation, hi-tech & cyber US-India- -Israel companies, and Swiss telecom. Each crisis is a unique challenge and requires a distinct approach tailored to the company's needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in cyber crisis management. Every situation demands a fresh evaluation of risks, considering every possible outcome, and crafting a decision that recovers our client’s reputation. During a crisis, A global bank asked to stop a crucial loan for investment to one of our customers. We stepped in, performed a thorough risk assessment, and provided all necessary evidence, ensuring that they could navigate the situation with clarity and confidence. Our CMT team built a heat risk map to help the bank change its decision and confirm our customers' investment loans. In another instance, a major M&A deal was on the verge of collapse after a breach was discovered. It was a delicate situation—one misstep could have tanked the entire transaction. We engaged with the acquiring company, demonstrating the seriousness with which our client also lacked negligence. Through detailed communication and transparent updates, we convinced them that our client’s recovery was progressing smoothly and, most importantly, that their intellectual property remained safe.
