Neuralink’s + genAI robotics are blurring the lines between the Digital and Physical Worlds beyond medical applications. For me, the real magic happens when brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), AI, and robotics come together. Imagine controlling robotic limbs or wheelchairs with just your thoughts, or AI systems that adapt in real-time to your neural inputs. Neuralink’s latest update is letting us see the way, and I find it amazing. The N1 implant creates a wireless interface with the brain, and for people with severe neurological impairments, this could mean a whole new level of digital freedom. However, this technology can drastically enhance productivity, independence, and human capabilities beyond medical applications, transforming industries and society exponentially. You won’t need to use your hands or voice to issue commands; we’ll have an orchestra at our fingertips! (Or at your thoughts) Imagine a factory floor where workers use Neuralink to operate complex machinery with their thoughts, increasing efficiency and safety. Or consider search and rescue operations where first responders control drones and robotic equipment through BCIs, navigating dangerous environments without physical risk. These scenarios illustrate how the integration of Neuralink, AI, and robotics can revolutionize various sectors, driving innovation and enhancing human capabilities. Today, the digital world interacts with only a small fraction of the physical world, but this technology will blur that line. We’re on the brink of a new era where the lines between the physical and digital worlds are starting to blur. Neuralink’s advancements are aimed at improving medical outcomes, including rehabilitation and human augmentation, with great possibilities. The possibilities are outstanding. Converging neuroscience, AI, and robotics will redefine what it means to be human in the digital age. And I’m very proud that at ICMG-NEXT, we are being part of this revolution. #Neuralink #BrainComputerInterface #AI #Robotics #Innovation #FutureTech #HumanAugmentation https://lnkd.in/g9U3KpEK .

How do I have over 500K followers here (& 100+ recs)?? I speak ‘truth to tech’, share ‘good vibes’, highlight amazing people & companies & have friends in high places. Editor-in-Chief @ Tech For Good. Serial founder/BODs
‘We have plenty of time to “get this right”, don’t we?’ may be the most dangerous question & view since “because that’s how we’ve always done it”. What you are watching at the moment are human skin cells that have been turned into a living, self-healing skin being controlled by a robot face to “show emotion”. This breakthrough, out of the University of Tokyo, is just one of many bridging the gap between humans and robots presently underway; we’ve seen human brain cells grown and connected to become supercomputers, 3D printed artificial human organs that human bodies accept biologically, machine learning capable of translating human thought into accurate digital depictions/representations… and much more. Jensen Huang says we are entering the next wave of AI — “AI embodied”; xAI/Tesla, Figure, and many more producers of androids (humanoid robots) are preparing for mass deployment of their minions. There will likely be millions amongst us by this time next year. These robots have the potential of being ‘indestructible’, autonomous, I possession of superhuman capabilities from strength to intelligence and beyond. They will always be as smart as the AI powering them — meaning when AGI is achieved within hundreds of days, any robot is able to be “twice as smart as Einstein” and “complete any task at least as well as a human”, but then also when ASI (superintellegence) is achieved, the robots can be up to TEN times smarter than Einstein, and better at anything a human could endeavor to do. This can all be NET-POSITIVE, or NET-NEGATIVE. But the time to establish and ensure that is NOW. We only will effectuate this together, with mass conversations and awareness around all of this. So THANK YOU for taking the time to read and resonate with this post. Don’t fall victim to defeatist or pessimistic mindsets, but also and equally please don’t turn a blind eye or deaf ear, or assume that everything will just “be ok”. In my assessment, blockchain and algorithm understanding of emotions and the human experience are existential. Please share your thoughts on the same. And do hold the frequency and vibration that everything certainly still CAN be ok, consistent with my mantra that together we rise!! 🎥 VC: Professor Shoji Takeuchi @universityoftokyo IG #techforgood #ai #ainews #robots #aiembodied #androids #robotics #singularity #tech4good #litrendingtopics #topvoices
