Stop following & Start leading This has been a game changer for all the athletes and coaches @staystrongcollective Too many times I've seen driven individuals becoming overwhelmed with other people's journeys. Looking at their perfect life through social media and becoming paralysed with what's next? the Some questions you will usually encounter: How can they do that, and why can't I? There must be a "something new" that they know that I don’t What they say must be true? That's only possible for those types of people Their situation is easier than mine And the list goes on But there is one ingredient that you are missing out on Which is your ability to lead yourself When times are hard do you sink back into the person you used to be? Over the last month, I added another tool to my belt. #StriveHigher 💪🏽 My coaching framework is all about positivity and growth, but I do know that it can be hard to stay positive in all circumstances that come up in our lives. Our minds process and sends us information that sometimes puts us in a state of anger, fear, anxiety, or doubt. And when these show up, it can hold us back from sustaining new positive habits. Let’s be honest—starting anything new can feel uncomfortable. That fear of looking foolish or being judged by others can hold us back. We hesitate, worrying about what people might say.
