No. Our websites are f@#$*g GREAT!".. that's what the CEO Christine Telyan says... 🤔 www.ReeDesignMFG.com was built by her UENI.com and maintained for the past year and a half. Well, last night I made a mistake. I wanted to add some new tools to the website and while doing so, decided that I also needed to add a secondary email handle so that the Brandon@ReeDesignMFG.com isn't too personal. Let's go with 247@reedesignmfg.com. Easy, right? Done, submitted. This will work! 😬 Well, we do international business 24/7. At 3am, my other social media alerts started going off like crazy. ⁉️ "Our emails aren't getting through to you, Brandon!" ‼️ Eh, must be some international wifi issues or something. WRONG!! At 6am, when my American customers started working, they experienced the SAME ISSUE! Email rejected by Brandon@ReeDesignMFG.com! NOW we have a problem! Customers were blowing up my phone to the point that I couldn't get proper support from UENI's phone chat. So I reached out to the CEO herself on LinkedIn. I figured this would yield the same results that I get when messaging other busy CEO's... NOTHING 🤬 WELL THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH CHRISTINE!! 🥳🥳🥳 Not only did she respond, but she had her best tech experts on the case immediately. They had the issue resolved within a few minutes of talking to her. 👨💻👩💻🧑💻 THIS is customer service! THIS is a CEO that cares about her customers and the service they provide! I'm beyond impressed. She turned my panic and frustration into admiration and respect. I appreciate it more than you know. Our customers appreciate it. And together, we will make sure future customers don't experience this same random anomaly. UENI.com, keep up the great work. Sometimes I just get to thinking...Way too much. Have you ever had a Company that goes Crazy Cleaning up when they have Business people coming in. Maybe they are looking to Sale the Business. You know the Regular old Dog and Pony Show. Clean the place Spotless today, when it was a Dump Yesterday. I have an Old friend I have a Huge Respect for; but not going to tell his name. His initials is CM. I would bet his company is always Spotless. Just in that That makes is Company worth many times more in value. it isn't that it is so clean; but it is the little Things that makes the Company to be at its Best. I would think it is clean now from Top to Bottom. If higher ups would show up tomorrow, they would be impressed. It takes the daily commitment every single day. Not just when you have visitors coming. If you are looking at Buying a Company show up unannounced. Then you will know if you about to buy the right place. You Can Shine up a Penny; but it is still worth 1 cent. Bottom Line. Just Do the Right Thing...Even if know one is looking.

Let me tell you about a time when a backup plan saved one of my shows and how you can prepare for unexpected challenges in your business. I was performing close-up card magic at a corporate party, entertaining a group of guests, when one of them suddenly took the deck of cards from me. He selected a card, put it back into the deck, and shuffled it, challenging me to reveal his chosen card. At that moment, I had no control over the deck. But instead of panicking, I remained calm and confident. I smiled and said, “Before I arrived at the party, I prepared a different deck of cards and reversed one card in that deck.” I then reached into my pocket, pulled out a second deck, and opened it. As I spread through the cards, I revealed the one reversed card. To everyone’s amazement, it was the exact card he had chosen! The crowd shrieked and laughed in surprise, thoroughly entertained. The young man, visibly impressed, handed me back the original deck and nodded with respect. What could have been a difficult moment turned into an unforgettable highlight, all thanks to having a backup plan. #BackupPlan #BusinessStrategy"

How cool is finding a secret spot that nobody knows about! On the weekend, we found a little lunch spot in Perth. From the outside? Looked a bit iffy. But inside? It was practically empty!
