Is what we're seeing here the future of warfare, and is it already here? You can buy quadruped and quadrocopter drones, today, at the store. Then you can do what this gentleman did and hook up fireworks for a fun "war game" in the middle of nowhere. Perhaps a fire risk, but innocent fun. A real life video game. Now, imagine that you've attached a real gun and made the robot 5x more robust. Maybe it isn't so funny anymore. And to make things even crazier, what if we uploaded some AI? There are some amazing transformer-based robots now, from Waymo self-driving cars to Unitree Robotics robot dogs. Although these robots aren't designed for harm, they are proofs of concept that the technology is here. Albert Einstein once said that he didn't know what the weapons of World War III would be, but that he did know that the weapons of World War IV would be sticks and stones. With drones, the risk is that you don't have to risk the lives of soldiers, at least to start, so conflict is more likely to break out because the starting cost has gone down. Here's how it works and what it looks like spraying 4,400psi: 1. Fly to the top of the building 2. Press a button 3. The Sherpa turns on the valve and begins #cleaning or rinsing autonomously 4. Touch the sticks to exit automated cleaning and resume control 5.
