"Wellbeing washing", is the over saturation of unhelpful initiatives that might look or sound "cool" on paper, but that don't actually have evidence behind them, or are not implemented in a meaningful or integrated way. It is the leader pushing for stand alone resilience training while fostering a culture of burn out. It is the addition of wellbeing days without the workplace culture that enables people to take them. It is the reward and recognition program that isn't applied fairly and is tokenistic.
